About Jamie McGloin-King
Jamie worked in the semiconductor and software industries and at a web 1.0 startup before attending Boston University School of Law. After graduating cum laude in 2005, he worked for large New York law firms (Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson; Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman) for several years as a patent and trademark litigator.
He established the Jamie W. McGloin-King PLLC in 2012 to work with people that he knows and likes. In the dozen years since, his practice has focused on helping entrepreneurs start and grow new businesses, and helping small businesses grow – from their first dollar to seven and eight figures in gross revenue per year.
In addition to his law firm, he also owns an administrative services firm (Fourth Branch) and a digital agency (Modest Agency). Jamie is also the co-manager of another digital agency (Outcrop Agency) and a minority owner in a toy invention and licensing company (The Kinetic Concept).
